member of a management company. The responsibility of this
company is to maintain the entire development comprising
of the
structure therein and it’s common areas.

It is standard practice for the Board
of Management in a private residential development to retain
a Managing Agent such as Sky Property Management Ltd to
undertake full responsibility for the day to day management
of the Company where the Board does not wish to undertake
this responsibility itself.
