Sky also provide the full range of landlord services specialising in letting and managing residential properties in Dublin. We offer this service at reduced rates to members living in residential apartment blocks already managed by Sky and in particular to members living abroad.
Letting Service includes:
Our letting service includes assessing your property and advising you in all aspects of the rental and what rent you may expect to achieve.
We will advise you of your obligations both to the tenant and under the law.
We will advise you with regard to marketing your property and placing same for listing.
We will assist fully in the letting of the unit in terms of tenant selection and in securing references
We will assist in drawing up a lease and in preparing an itinerary and schedule of items
Management Service includes:
Our management service as well as the above includes for the full day to day management of the unit.
We will conduct routine inspections of your property
We will transfer all utilities into the occupier's name
We will maintain an account for the purposes of recording all outgoings and rent received
We will notify you of changes and or any works that require our attendance during the term of the tenancy
We will deal with all correspondence arising in relation to the tenancy
We will issue a monthly statement of account
We will provide an after hours assist in the event of emergency
We will notify you in advance of renewal and in the event of expiration of the agreement we will conduct a full and final inspection of your property.
Refurbishment and Kit Out:
We also provide a full refurbishment and redecoration service for new rentals and or in preparation for a new rental.
