Letting Service

• Advertising - Your property will be given maximum exposure in order to minimise vacancy rate.
• Advise on all aspects of letting including level of rental income for your property.
• References – minimum of three references sought:
  - Previous landlords
  - Full time employer
  - Lending institution
• Draw up Lease Agreement.
• Transfer of services to new tenant ie ESB, gas, etc.
• Inventory of contents.
• Security deposit and first months rent secured from qualified tenant.
• Rental payment. We can arrange to have a standing order set up for payment of rent directly to your account.

MANAGEMENT SERVICE

We can manage your property on a month to month basis.

Rent Collection
Rent payment made to landlord on a monthly basis by standing order, on line banking or cheque accompanied by statement.

Maintenance
We have competant trades people to deal with any eventuality.

Emergency Service
A 24 hour emergency service to handle the unforeseen ie burst pipe, electrical fault, break-in, fire, etc.

Queries/Correspondence
All queries, correspondence etc. from tenants will be dealt with through our office.

Expiration of Lease
Upon expiration of lease, a full inspection of the property will be made. All repairs, which are not considered normal wear and tear will be carried out and charged against the security deposit.
