Cedarbrook is the culmination of a ‘design and build’ competition set up by Dublin City Council to provide affordable homes in the Dublin area. A consortium of Park Developments, John Sisk & Son – two of the largest construction companies in the state and award winning architects, O’Mahony Pike were successful in winning this competition. A subsequent joint venture partnership between Dublin City Council and the winning consortium was established to deliver this exciting project.
